tomato and mushroom rice
- before cooking rice in rice pot, add tomatoes, mushrooms, salt and pepper, and use less water

for variety of flavours, add aromatics (herbs and spices), meat, broth, other veg, fruit and nuts, salmon, salted fish etc etc
