steamed pomfret, teochew style -
kiam chye, sng buei, ginger, chilli, mushrooms, tomatoes - seasoned with salt, pepper and fish sauce & light soya
below: before steaming
fish & seafood soup
- add panggang tee poh/ikan bilis mix, ground to powder, kiam chye, tomatoes, sng buei x8, chicken bones
fish bone stock - looks milky!! either from fish bones or yam
snapper -
snapper seasoned with pounded ginger, chinese wine, light soya, sesame oil and chinese shaoxing wine
baby squids and prawns - seasoned with fish sauce, salt and white pepper

- mixed salad greens $3.95,
- corriander from thailand @90c/pack,
- 3 lemons for $3.65,
- baby corn @70c/pack.
