Dinner 

- we had a funny combi - rice with 2 veggies; potato salad, tomato salsa & roast chicken with garlic bread & bruschetta. french loaf ($3.50) is from a japanese bakery at Jurong Point called Gokoku

my home-made garlic butter paste

- butter

- finely chopped garlic

- dried mixed herbs

- fresh parsley

- salt & black pepper to taste

Late Lunch (3pm+)

- after visiting spca, we went to jurong point for very late lunch. found this on offer and enjoyed this set

Roast Chicken with Potato Salad, Tomato Salsa

Tomato Salsa

chopped tomatoes & onions

season with salt & lime juice

add coriander or cilantro 

& chopped chillis (optional)

Potato Salad

1. potatoes 

- boiled, cut, buttered and seasoned with salt and white/black pepper, 

2. chopped onions, spring onions 

and freshly chopped english parsley

3. boiled eggs

4. dressing

- mayo & mustard mix

- teaspoon of honey (optional)

- sprinkle smoked paprika (optional)

5. mix all and serve

- clams x1kg

- red & green chilli

- ginger

- garlic

- red onions

- lemongrass x1

other

- dried haebi (shrimps)

- spring onions

- corriander

- eggs x2 or x3

chilli sauce (same as sg chilli crab)

- tomato ketchup x7 tbsp

- chilli sauce x2 tbsp

- nasi lemak chilli (lee wee bros) x2 tbsp

- sambal balachan x1 tbsp

- vinegar x5 tbsp

- fish sauce x2 tbsp

- sugar if needed

- cornstarch to thicken sauce
