Stir Fried Kailan Baby Shoots with Woodear Fungus
- sliced garlic, ginger, salt, white pepper
- fry veggies high heat
- add chinese wine, soya sauce, pinch of sugar
- what i also added was mountain sauce & oyster sauce

Indian Style Cabbage Stir Fry
Cabbage - strips
Tomatoes - diced
garlic, onion - chopped
mustard seeds or mixed seeds
jeera seeds (cumin)
curry leaves
fresh green chilli or dried chilli
or fresh red chilli (last resort, like in my case since i ran out of the other 2 types of chillis)
tumeric powder & salt to taste
for my very first attempt ever, this is what i did when i tried this recipe...
1. wok over small fire, then add in this order....
- add oil
- jeera seeds, mustard & mixed seeds,
- curry leaves,
- green chillis,
- onions & garlic
2. fry till fragrant
3. add tomatoes and fry
wait till tomatoes are soft (this takes a while)
4. add cabbage, tumeric powder, salt, a little water & cook
5. serve

KL Black sauce mee - they used udon and the sauce didn't taste anything like what KL has :/ looks right but tastes far off from the authentic thing |
Fried Porridge - ok la, nothing fantastic or tasty. can pass and not going back for more |

6 May 2019 i think this is Christen's porridge he needs to eat something swallowable when braces cause such pain! Lol can't really tell if it tastes good. Christen says it was yummy tho!! |
