this stall is near the famous prawn noodles
the fishball noodles here is ok for me. simple and satisfying.

they have dried chilli paste & black vinegar on the table
soup is too salty for us but very very nice and light. beef is very tasty & tender!!

white/black peppercorns - 1 tsp - coarsely grounded
brandy
tang gui x3 pieces
fish sauce
light soya sauce
salt to taste
slow cook for about 5 hours
