lunch at mbs - daniel boulud db set lunch $32/set of 2 - appetiser & main
dinner at home - beef ribs and beef golden coin, fried kuay teow

soooo yummy!!
beef ribs slowcooked in crockpot,
with salt, crushed white/black peppercorns and light soya sauce.

- Dou Jiang - chilli broadbean paste
- lao gan ma - chilli crisps
- ginger - chopped
- garlic - chopped
- beef minced
- light & dark soya sauce
- black chinese vinegar
- sesame oil
- shaoxing wine
- soft silken toufu
- topped with coriander and spring onions

i wish i took a pic of this bee hoon after it has sit in the fridge and been refried in the wok.
the next day, this bee hoon is so awesome... the flavours have set in and so yummy!
