BBQ Sambal Stingray
La La in Chilli Egg Sauce
Chilli Crabs with Man Tou
Sambal Kang Kong
Sambal Sotong or Prawns or Crayfish

you know those famous BBQ Seafood stalls...
at Newton,
Serangoon Gardens,
Pasir Panjang,
Bedok's Fengshan Market & Food Centre,
etc etc... you know where!

well, today we tried Alliance Seafood at Newton. 
uh... it's ok. the stingray was really small... :(
