75. Macaroni Chilli Sauce
Alow's Recipe - Macaroni Chilli
(my grandma's recipe)
ingredients
- chicken skin
- blend/griund/pound red chillis (mix big chilli and chillipadi)
- lime juice
- light soya sauce
- salt to taste or salted chicken stock
macaroni chilli mix (alow's recipe)
1. grind/pound red chillis into a paste, not too fine
2. cook the chilli paste with a little water
or chicken stock or chicken skin/fat,
3. then add lime juice & light soya sauce to taste

chicken skin - add salt to the skin/fat & fry till crispy, fragrant
prepare & fry red chilli - grind/blend/pound to this
add lime juice, light soya sauce,
salt or salted chicken stock to taste
cook till chilli is not raw any more

Steps:
macaroni chilli sauce
- chilli - grind
- fry in oil and chicken skin/fat
- salt, light soya to taste
- chicken stock / chicken macaroni soup
- lime juice to finish

4. Prepare other ingredients
lime juice, salt, soya sauce to taste
5. cook the chilli and other ingredients (see video)
