Recipe - YU SHENG - How to ...?
1. peel pink pomelo from thailand
2. shred white radish, green radish, red radish,
3. shred carrots, cucumber,
rinse and soak veggies in water for at least 15min
drain water and keep in the fridge
4. prepare coriander, lime juice
5. baby abalone - heat up in soup
6. prepare jellyfish and season according to packet instructions
7. get pickles set, crunchy crackers and big plate ready!
8. toss toss toss and eat eat eat!
(forgot the mangoes uggh)

well, we didn't have much ingredients and forgot to take the pic of the yusheng before we tossed and ate the dish Lol. or maybe it tasted so good we forgot to take any pics!
this time we didn't have smoked salmon - it smelt as if it's gone bad. so we had smoked duck, jellyfish, cucumbers, pickles & raw salmon from a set bought from ntuc.

what i really really liked about the yusheng pickles this year is the candied oranges that they usually use for cakes and biscuits, especially the fruit cake.
